Joining the CGA is easy! Here's how:

FIRST: Read the web site, especially the Basic Info and the list FAQ, where you'll learn how to use the list (and how not to get in trouble on it!).

THEN: Fill out the form below.

Required Info: If you want to join the CGA, you'll have to give us the following information. (note - a reasonable biography is required - click here for hints on what to write before filling out the form)

subscription email address (More than one? see below)

-- x US phone number (e.g. 012-345-6789 x0123) (if you have more than one, list the best one for the CGA to use here and see below)

How you heard about the CGA (be specific - if from a friend, their name; if web surfing, what link brought you here?)

Biography: (This is the hardest required question. For examples and hints on what to write, visit this link)

Email list subscription type (check one):

'digest' - 4 emails per day max, in summary form

'single' - each email received separately

Privacy Statement: If the sentances below don't match what you want then uncheck the box, email us and let us know what you want. We may or may not be able to accomodate, but we will if we can.

"I want my name, company, city/state, email address, biography and web site publicly available on the CGA mail list and web site, and I don't want the rest of my contact information available to anyone other than offical CGA organizers."

What next? Once you submit this form, a real, live human will review your application. We'll email you if there is any problem, or just sign you up, post your biography, and welcome you to the CGA!
