Jungle Lounge
The design for this environment called for a tacky tiki
lounge atmosphere, but with more of a jungle theme.
Animatronic animals, such as the latte sipping gorilla (see
picture below), bring the scene to life.

Animating textures and lightmaps
To add extra life and interest with minimal impact on
performance we add animating textures and lightmaps. The
volcano to the right glows and bubbles with a five frame texture
loop.

Dynamic lights
When the budget allows, we add extras like moving
dynamic lights. A swarm of fireflies drift around the scene to the
left, lighting up the statues and plants. Click on the picture to

Engaging Characters
This animatronic (ala Chucky Cheese) gorilla sips his
latte and roars. Click on the image to see the model in wireframe
and examples of his hand painted textures.
